Edward Hugessen-Knatchbull – later Knatchbull-Hugessen [3] continued.
... in the Baronetcy of Knatchbull, as 10th Baronet, at his death. The Baronetcy subsequently reverted to the family of his second wife, on the death without issue of the 13th Baronet, in 1917.
Edward Hugessen Knatchbull-Hugessen was raised to the Peerage, as the 1st Baron Brabourne of Brabourne in Kent, on May 26th 1880.
He married, first, October 19th 1852, Anna Maria Elizabeth, daughter of the Rev. Marcus Richard Southwell, Vicar of St. Stephen's, St. Albans. She died May 26th 1889, having had issue:
